ATTENTION BOOKWORMS! It is time to announce our October box theme… FOLKLORE FRIGHTS! This box celebrates some of our favorite books with legends and myths, but we had to add a spooky meaning because October is the month of Halloween! 🎃

🎃 Our book of the month will transport you to back to 1890s London and Japan, a dark world filled with suspenseful Japanese mythology and folklore. The main character is half British Reaper and half Japanese Shinigami: a soul collector who seeks her destiny in two worlds where she is not accepted in either. This rich and thrilling historical tale of one girl’s search for identity and sense of belonging is filled with high stakes. After all, death is her destiny.

🎃 The book will be SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR! You can expect an author letter to accompany it ;)

🎃 Our eBook of the month follows a main character who is the descendant of a group of powerful witches who cursed Macbeth, and when she is casted in her school’s production of the play, the centuries-old curse strikes again. This book is an action-packed novel with mysterious and magical twists at every turn!

🎃 Fandoms being represented include SMALL FAVORS, ANNA DRESSED IN BLOOD and THE SCORPIO RACES. I love the items we have crafted up for this box, so even if you do not know the fandoms they will still be highly useful!
