This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any of its employees, officers or sponsors. This giveaway is run and sponsored by Beacon Book Box, LLC and only Beacon Book Box, LLC. This contest starts on January 11, 2019 and will end at 11:59 pm, EST on January 31, 2019. Anyone is allowed to enter by following the rules below. However, the winner must be 21 years of age. If a minor is chosen as a winner, they must have a parent or legal guardian claim the prize.
There is only one (1) prize for this giveaway which means there is only one (1) winner. The winner will be issued a paid certificate for a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom suite at the VILLA DEL PALMAR RESORT in PUERTO VALLARTA, MEXICO. Check in is Saturday, May 4, 2019 with check out on Saturday, May 11, 2019. See “Important Information” below. Transportation, food, drink, gratuity, taxes, any other travel accommodations and/or fees are the responsibility of the winner of this giveaway. Beacon Book Box, LLC has no other responsibility than providing the resort certificate.
HOW TO RECEIVE ENTRIES INTO THE CONTEST
1. To receive an entry you must do the following: You MUST follow Beacon Book Box on Instagram (instagram.com/beaconbookbox) AND you MUST subscribe to the Beacon Book Box channel on You Tube (youtube.com/c/beaconbookbox) to gain one entry. Once this is complete, you MUST comment the words “followed and subscribed” on the first giveaway post dated January 11, 2019. You can do this anytime between January 11, 2019 and January 31, 2019.
2. You will receive five (5) entries for purchasing a monthly subscription to Beacon Book Box, LLC (a one-time order will only get you one (1) entry). You MUST purchase this subscription on www.beaconbookbox.com. Any current subscriber MUST email email@example.com to inform us that you would like to enter the contest and you will receive five (5) entries.
3. The winning entry will be randomly drawn on February 3, 2019 and will be announced on February 3, 2019 during the Beacon Live on Instagram starting at 5:00p.m. EST. Winners do not have to be on the Instagram Live to win. Beacon Book Box, LLC will contact the winner through Instagram to confirm that they accept the terms listed above. If the winner has not responded to our attempts to contact them within 48 hours or does not accept/meet the terms listed above, they will forfeit their prize and Beacon Book Box, LLC will randomly draw another winner.
4. All entries understand that Beacon Book Box, LLC is ONLY PROVIDING THE 7-NIGHT STAY CERTIFICATE FOR THE RESORT. All other travel accommodations, food, drink, gratuity, transportation, taxes, surcharges and any other fees associated with this travel is the responsibility of the winner, NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BEACON BOOK BOX, LLC.

Please review the Confirmation Certificate provided for each completed transaction to verify that all resort and date information reflects the vacation arrangements requested. REQUIRED SURCHARGES (energy, accommodations/occupancy tax, bed tax, fees or other miscellaneous) ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OCCUPANT AND ARE PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE RESORT. Surcharges are subject to change without notice. Daily service fee per unit: USD 3.50 The host accommodations are for use by the individual named on the Certificate and accompanying guests, unless a Guest Certificate is obtained. The Certificate recipient must be over the age of 21. The host unit may vary from the one indicated. The Certificate does not indicate that a particular view or unit location will be provided at the destination resort. If confirmed to multiple weeks at the same resort, you may be required to move to another unit for each week confirmed. Security deposits may be required. The amount and form of payment varies by resort and/or season, e.g. Spring Break. You are responsible for imposed utility/energy surcharges, occupancy or similar taxes, service charges, telephone connection fees, long distance phone charges, personal charges, and applicable amenities usage, housekeeping or resort fees. Ordinarily, daily maid service will not be provided. At those resorts offering such a service, it is usually at an additional fee. For additional resort or area information, please contact the host resort. Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational vehicle (usually at an off-site location). Pets are not allowed on-site unless otherwise indicated. Although most travel is completed without incident, certain destinations and time periods may be of greater risk than others.
